Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Burn ICU – Tulsa, OK 74104
Start Date: September 8, 2026
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), with option for 36 or 48 hours per week. Every other weekend required. Patient ratio 1:2.
Highlights:
- Specialized Burn ICU experience with comprehensive wound care and pain management
- 13-bed unit caring for adult and geriatric patients with burn injuries, sepsis, respiratory failure, and post-operative conditions
- Collaborative interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
- Epic charting system with 24-36 hours of orientation provided
- Flexible scheduling options with 36 or 48-hour work weeks available
- 13-week assignment with opportunity to work in a dynamic critical care environment
Requirements:
- Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS (must be in hand)
- Experience with Epic charting system required
- Experience with 1:2 patient ratios required
- Trauma Level II experience preferred
- Willingness to float to like units as needed
- Candidates residing within 75 miles are not eligible for this position
