**Exciting Opportunity for a Behavioral Health RN in Hickory, NC!** Job Description: - Join a vibrant team at a 355-bed facility, recognized for excellence in multiple specialties. - Work in a state-of-the-art environment, including a specialized 81-bed Adult Behavioral Health Hospital. - Engage with a diverse patient population, focusing on adult care. - Offer compassionate care to individuals facing challenges such as: - Schizophrenia - Dementia - Manic Bipolar Disorder - Psychosis - Dual Diagnosis - Medical Detox - Depression and Anxiety Disorders - Enjoy a structured unit with 5 inpatient units, ensuring optimal patient-to-nurse ratios: - 23 patients: 2 RNs & 4 CNAs - 20 patients: 2 RNs & 2 CNAs - 15 patients: 1 RN & 2 CNAs - 13 patients: 1 RN & 2 CNAs - 10 patients: 1 RN & 2 CNAs - Shift Details: - Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM - Weekend hours available, with no call requirements - Required Credentials: - Current RN License - Certification in Handle with Care (CPI) preferred; training available - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Additional Perks: - Flexible scrub color - Housing leads available for travel nurses - Supportive team environment with ample resources Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
