Direct Hire | Full-Time | Night Shift
Facility is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent, full-time overnight position. This opportunity offers competitive pay, a $30,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to provide resident-centered care within a collaborative long-term care environment.
Position Overview
• Permanent, full-time role
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour overnight shifts
• Long-term care and skilled nursing setting
• May serve as Charge Nurse as needed
Shift Details
• Night shift
• 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend rotation
• Holiday rotation required
• Additional shift differentials for overnights and weekends
Compensation & Incentives
• Hourly range: $32.50 – $48.00 (based on experience)
• $30,000 sign-on bonus
• Additional overnight and weekend shift differentials

Key Responsibilities
• Provide individualized nursing care utilizing the nursing process
• Perform resident assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Coordinate resident care and provide patient and family education
• Administer treatments and nursing interventions according to established standards
• Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel
• Support safe, effective, and compassionate resident care delivery
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in clinical status
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulations
• Function within the Nurse Practice Act and professional nursing standards
Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or multistate compact licensure
• Ability to maintain required competencies and certifications
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
