Position Details

- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Setting: 100% Onsite
Required Qualifications
- Active California RN License in good standing
- CWON (Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse) Certification – Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum 4 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience providing specialized wound and ostomy care
What You'll Do
- Assess, treat, and manage patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and continence needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound and ostomy management
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and patient safety standards
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
