HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a local contract nursing job in Anchorage, Alaska.

Requirements:

• Education: Associates Degree or Higher
• Experience: 1 year of OR RN experience in the Inpatient Hospital Setting
• Licensure: AK RN License
• Certifications:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
• Skill Set: Patient advocate as circulator while being a resource for the sterile field
• Typical Procedures: Ortho, Total Joints, Multi-level spine fusions, Neuro, Variety of Xi Robotic cases (GYN, Colorectal, General), Very little ENT, Dental, Eyes or plastics
• Call Requirements: Possibly 15 call shifts per month. Call will vary from one month to the next. Typically it is 5-6 shifts every 4 weeks

- Bachelors Degree preferred - Experience as a scrub and circulator preferred - CNOR preferred - EPIC charting experience preferred - Travel experience preferred
