Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- Minimum 18 months combined permanent/staff experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
- Permanent Ohio RN license OR Compact RN license in hand
- AHA or American Red Cross BLS required
- AHA or American Red Cross ACLS required
- NIHSS must be obtained prior to start
- Epic experience required
