Position Overview
Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the Albuquerque, New Mexico service area. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, delivering skilled nursing interventions, and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive patient outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families.
Schedule & Work Details
- Coverage Area: 60-mile radius surrounding Albuquerque, NM
- Weekly Hour Guarantee: 36 hours
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Productivity Expectation: 30 points per week
- On-Call/Weekend Requirement: Yes, on a rotating basis
- Mileage Reimbursement: Yes
