HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN Behavioral Health for a local contract nursing job in Richmond, Virginia.

About the unit:

·         Number of Beds – 20

·         Type of equipment –  Meditech,  Welch Allen Vital Sign Machines, Guard One, Security Cameras

·         EMR – Meditech

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

·         General Behavioral Health Experience and 1 year Travel RN experience

·         Behavioral Health Assessments, Behavioral Health Intake Assessments, Group Therapy

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

·         Meditech 5.6

·         General medical nursing experience

·         Travel RNs where this is their first travel assignment will most likely not be considered

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

·          Treatment planning

·          Group therapy

·          Team work atmosphere, a modified team nursing is utilized

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

·         BLS, CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
